Thrive Mahoning Valley Announces Release of Strategic Plan

(Youngstown, OH) Thrive Mahoning Valley, an organization that works to create a more welcoming community, has completed the organization’s first strategic plan. This document summarizes past accomplishments and outlines the principles by which ThriveMV will approach its coming work. The strategic plan represents the culmination of work from the all-volunteer board of directors, partner organizations, and a strategic planning advisor. A new mission, vision, and set of goals was developed through this process. The strategic plan is available on the organization’s website at thrivemv.org.

We know that ‘welcoming’ is a two-way street, so we are equally dedicated to inviting and equipping long-time Valley residents to join us in these efforts,” says Nicole Pettitt, Ph.D, Board President for ThriveMV and Assistant Professor in YSU's Department of English and World Languages.
